We're a friendly Anglo American couple and chatty cat who mostly work from home these days. Our evenings and weekends are pretty evenly split between going to the theatre/gigs/meetups with friends out and about, and bingeing TV on the sofa. Our home vibe is converstional, convivial, continental, at times comedic; our flat is never spotless, and my spice cupboard is overflowing, but we try to keep things tidy!

We're 5 mins walk from Canada Water, 1 stop from Canary Wharf and 2 stops from London Bridge; 5 mins from Rotherhithe and Surrey Quays and tons of buses, including the 1, 47, 188, 381 and more. The area is peaceful and green, with lots of parks nearby and also the Surrey Quays shopping centre with a giant Tesco and more. 5 mins from the river, lots of great pubs are nearby. Lovely Greenwich is also a short bus ride or a long walk away. We even have a local farm 15 mins walk away.

The flat is a spacious 3BR with a gigantic eat-in kitchen, a patio garden and a big lounge. The room is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a desk and chair. It even has its own little terrace. Parking is available onsite at an extra cost. We're happy to provide linens etc if needed.

As we both primarily work from home, we are ideally looking for a flatmate who mainly works or studies out of the home and who, like us, has an active social life. We're happy to consider couples for a maximum of 4 months at an additional cost. Monday to Friday/weekday only let can also be considered at a discount - just get in touch to query.
