Double room in a 2 bed flat

A double room is available in a 2-bedroom flat in between Dalry and Bruntsfield, overlooking Harrison Park. This is a great location for the center of town (approx 2 miles walk along the lovely Union canal to Cowgate etc) and is near to a number of bus routes. There is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom which are all shared. There are beautiful views all the way to the Pentlands on one side and to Fife on the other.

There is a small gym ~2 mins walk across the park charging £10 per month membership, or larger gyms available at Fountain Park less than a mile away. The nearby Fountain Park complex also has the cinema and a number of chain restaurants. There is a Margiotta corner shop ~ 2mins walk away, or a number of large supermarkets including Sainsbury's and LIDL ~10 minutes walk away.

A fortnightly clean and all bills except council tax are included in the rent. Council tax is £50 per month for non students. Move in date is flexible from May.


I'm looking for someone who usually keeps quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. Six month minimum contract. Both students and professionals welcome. No couples, smokers or pets please!
