Good sized, comfortable bedroom with fresh and spacious en-suite shower room.

Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob and the other usual kitchen equipment like toaster, sandwich grill, omelette maker and breadmaker. Large wall TV showing Netflix, You Tube etc opposite 4 seater table.

Garden area front and rear.
Personal use of one designated private parking space.

Please note that room servicing is not included for the duration of your stay, however, if this is required, it can be arranged with 24 hrs notice at a per service cost. This is payable prior to the service occurring.

Notes:
The property is in close proximity to a hotel (closed at the moment), so it can get noisy at weekends and at Xmas if functions are being held. Please consider this if peace and quiet is important to you.

(due to Covid-19, many outlets/facilities are not currently available)
WALKING - 5 minutes to late opening Co-op, bars, restaurants, Post Office, hairdressers/barbers, beauticians, take-away outlets, bakers, delis, bank, dry cleaners, chemist, laundrette.
DRIVING: All main food superstores and restaurants within 5 minutes. 2 x 24 hour garages within 5 minutes. Also, McDonalds, Burger King and KFC are closeby..
SPORTS/ENTERTAINMENTS: Theatre, Arts Centre, Multi Cinema, Sports Centres and large Leisure Centre with pool/sauna all within 5 minute drive.
RELIGION:
3 places of worship within walking distance.
HEALTH:
Dentists - 2 mins walk, Doctors - 7 mins walk, General Hospital - Less than 10 min drive.
SHOPPING: - Retail parks and large undercover shopping malls within 5 min drive.
TRAVEL INFO (all costs and times approximate):
Train: 5 minute walk from flat to train station. No undue worry about getting a seat as the station is the beginning/end of the line so you get on/off first/last. Two trains per hour both into and out of Glasgow Central Station (full journey is 8 stops and 30 mins). Return Fare approx 4.30gbp (off peak).
Bus: 10-15 min walk to Bus Station. Buses to various destinations including Glasgow city which takes approx 45 mins to 1 hour. Sorry, no idea of fare.
Taxi: 25 mins - approx 20.00gbp
Car: 25 mins
