Please no couples or roomshares, we are only looking for one person for the room.

We launched this house 2 years and the housemates keep in clean and tidy so everything is in a nearly new condition. The current housemate is moving out to move in with her bf and has been here since we started the house.

Located on the ground floor, the room is furnished with a comfy double ottoman double bed (which has underbed storage), a bedside, and a large wardrobe that boast both hanging and shelving space.

The room is priced at £620pcm excluding bills fixed at £80pcm, so a total of £700pcm.

The house has amazingly big living space with is great for relaxing and socializing comprised of an open plan kitchen diner which is fully equipped with everything you need in a kitchen and lounge with a nice flatscreen TV and comfy couches with doors to the patio garden. There is a 350MBIT fibre optic ViVid internet connection for the house and the router is located central to the house with a booster box so that everyone can enjoy the internet at the same time.

Unfortunately there is only 1 main bathroom but it's only shared with 3 others plus yourself. It is a nice modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.

One of the main benefits of the house is its location. It super close to both South Ealing and Northfields underground, the high street and two lovely parks.

Our properties are of a very high standard and include many amenities that competitors do not include such as a weekly cleaner, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc with no nasty surprise costs
or fees... The kitchen comes equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, plates etc. The lounge has comfy sofa's and a nice flat screen TV along with a nice dining table to eat or use your laptop on. There is a patio garden which is great in the summer.

About the housemates:

Mostly young (aged between 24 to 30) working professionals (in IT, admin, teaching and sales roles) making their mark on London so it is a fairly social house. It's located very close to Park Royal entertainment center so it's great for socialising.

All new applicants must be working professionals who are able to pass our vetting. We don't take any DSS and we try to avoid work from home people or those on retirement/looking for work as generally it can be very annoying if one person is always home and always just hanging around in the lounge.
