Fully Furnished room with plenty of light, shared toilet shower. In room you will have a bed, chest of drawers, table, bedside cabinet. Bedding can be provided if needed. I am a live in landlord.

Good transport links to hospitals, Brookes and city centre coffee shop, retail park, petrol stations. Bus stop is very close to the house (around a 2 minute walk). Regular buses every 2 minutes to the city centre. Number 1 & 5 bus goes to the train station. Number 10 direct to the hospital -.JR
BMW/Mini factory nearby.

Tesco nearby (approximately 5/6 minute walk). Temple square shopping centre is a 7-8 minute walk away.

Bill's and wifi are included in the rent. Viewings are welcome.

The rooms are for single occupancy.

Rent can either be paid monthly or weekly.
