Lovely studio-feel room in leafy Tufnell Park

The spare room

Mother and daughter (9 years old) looking for a lodger to share our much loved 2-bed apartment with.

The spare room, a double bedroom, is lovely and light. There is an 'above' bed, so the room feels like a living room.

The room includes a wardrobe, shelves, a large mirror, a sofa and two windows that look out onto the oh-so-green front garden.

The back garden is like a secret garden, very leafy and great in summer for BBQs. It's shared with 2 neighbours but they hardly ever use it.

Tufnell Park and Kentish Town are nearby with all their amenities such as cafes, unique restaurants and Ruby Violet's, the best ice cream shop ever! It's a lovely area to live in.

Camden, Kings Cross and Hampstead Heath are near too.

We have a pet - our black cat Totoro, she's a timid little thing who we love very much.

A bit about me - I worked in a contemporary art gallery for many years, which I left 3 years ago to train as a child counsellor. I now work part time as a counsellor and the rest of the time I work with a contemporary artist who recently had an exhibition at Tate Modern.

We are looking for someone lovely, considerate and kind, just like we are.
