Lovely double room with ensuite shower/toilet, on 1st floor, beautiful views out to sea and city, quiet Street, close to north laines, Queens park, & 10 minutes walk to sea.

We share kitchen in the evenings from 5pm - 9pm, but not the living area. The room we are renting has been rented as an airbnb room, & for short lets until now, & has a small fridge, kettle, tea/coffee making facilities, & a microwave is available if required

there are lovely cafe's for coffee, breakfast & brunch, a quality Delhi, with good coffee & vegetarian organic food, a weekly local market, as well as the lovely Queens park also with a cafe, all within easy walking distance of house

the room is currently available for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 8 months (negotiable)

We are two professional women (a couple), in our late 50’s both working from our studio’s downstairs at home, one of us is a composer / pianist and the other a Natural Health practitioner.

As the kitchen is only available in the evening, the room is suited to someone more independent, rather than someone looking for a more sociable house share
The room upstairs is quiet with lovely views, has a comfortable armchair and desk and chair by window, with fast internet broadband.

There is a nice front garden and a bench to enjoy lovely views
It’s a quiet yet very central location on the edge of Hanover village, within walking distance of everywhere in Brighton

We are in easy reach of, by train & bus to Sussex Universities (Falmer)
