Hey Guys,
I am looking to rent my spare bedroom in a spacious ground floor flat. The bedroom comes with build-in wardrobes and there is a shared living room and kitchen as well. Photos are with the add.
Its only a 10 minutes drive to Glasgow City centre and 15-20mins on the bus. It is situated not far from the Royal Infirmary.

There is a private garden, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer included. There are plenty of free parking spaces right outside the flat. This flat is well suited to someone who drives.

Broadband, Council Tax and electric Bills are all included in the above rent.

a little about me...I work full time as a Dentist and I love Dancing(salsa & Bollywood), movies, gaming, travelling, HP, ,GOT, LOR, spending time with my friends and delicious food.
I also have a cat called Bella who is adorable and very playful.

I am looking for someone who has is chilled and working full time .Cat Lovers and Non smokers are essential.
It'll be great to share with someone who I can hangout with and have a good laugh with in the evenings.
