There is use of the kitchen which has electric oven, gas hob and microwave. There is a fridge and separate freezer and a washing machine as well as space in the cupboard for food. There is a tumble dryer in the garage.
Use of small lounge with sky TV which is separate to landlords' lounge.
The bathroom is rarely used by the landlords; so pretty much for sole use of renter.
The house is within walking distance of Bicester North Train Station which has a free shuttle bus to Bicester Village. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Bicester Village. The main S5 bus route which goes to Oxford and the town centre and Bicester Village is within a 5 minute walk.
