Hey there house-hunters!

My lovely housemate Laurent is moving out by the end of February due to a postdoc he will be having in another country :( Therefore, I am looking for a new housemate :)

The room available is a double one, furnished comes £630 per month before bills, plus one month's rent as a deposit (£630). The house is being run by a friendly private landlady, so there are no agency fees and additional requirements. Short term lets are considered as well.

It's location is ideal, as it is 10 minutes walking distance from the lively Cowley Centre and around 30 minutes walking distance as well from Magdalene College.
It is well connected to the city centre as it is on Cowley Road (15-20 minutes by bus).

Other amenities:

Kitchen: one fridge, one refrigerator, one microwave, one oven, one washing machine, one dishwasher.

Living room: furnished.

1 bathroom and 1 WC.

Bike storage room (with lock)

You will be sharing the house with me and my two cats, Elvina and Zarlino.

I am a professional working at the University of Oxford whilst completing my studies back in Greece and getting ready to apply for a DPhil. My schedule therefore is quite crazy :p My social life is more or less located outside of the house. But I enjoy having a nice meal together, or watching a movie or even going out (if there is time :p ).

I am looking for an easy-going, tidy and responsible housemate, cat-friendly and flexible.
