Large double room (with walk-in wardrobe) available in a spacious 2-bed 1st floor flat in Withington - extremely convenient location on Wilmslow Road, near to several shops, pubs and directly opposite a very good chippy! My flatmate has just moved out, and so the room is available immediately. I'm a postgrad student based at the University of Manchester, and have been living in the flat for just under 4 years. Am looking for a laid back and friendly flatmate, ideally one who enjoys tea and random conversation. I should also mention that I have a pet giant african land snail - confined to a tank obviously :)
