Furniture in the bedroom includes: solid pine bed which has a new foam memory mattress topper, a matching solid pine triple wardrobe with 5 drawers below and a full length mirror, wall shelving, collapsible table and chair for occasional work / study. The room has a large double glazed window with black out blind and curtain.

The recently upgraded kitchen has brand new appliances - electric ceramic hob, double oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The sitting room has plenty of sitting and dining space with smart TV.

The flat is top floor so is very quiet and warm! On-street parking is available (free), Duke Street station is literally 2 minutes walk to the end of the street. There is room on the landing just outside the flat door to lock up a bike alongside my own.

Duke Street & Alexandra Parade have great shops, cafes, restaruants, pubs - Drygate (my go to place for great ales, porter and food! plus you can collect your weekly organice veg box from here on a Monday!), Redmonds pub with great local ales and food, Dennistoun BBQ - funky burger bar, Tibo, Coias, Celinos, Masons butchers, fruit and veg shop - everything within walking distance. Alexandra Park (less then 10 min. walk) is quite big, great for running / walking in and has downhill mountainbike course and golf course. Emirates Arena has a new gym and luxury spa, Whitehill gym is 3 streets away (5min walk) with new gym and 2 swimming pools. 20 minutes walk takes you into George Square. It is also walking distance to the Royal Infirmary, Glasgow Colleges and Glasgow Strathclyde & Caledonian Universities.

Tesco, Morrisons, Co-op and Lidl are all within 5 mins drive or cycle.

I am a professional Landscape Architect, originally from Belfast, working Mon-Friday 9-5pm. During the week I don't get up to much apart from cooking (food is my main passion is cooking, gym or just chilling out in the flat. During the weekends I like to get out and about round Glasgow and beyond for a cycle, coffee, beers, gigs, cinema and food with my mates. If I have friends round at the weekends it is because I'm making some kind of tasty foodie feast which you are welcome to join in on! My flat is quirky, creative, cosy, warm and inviting. It's a flat for relaxing in during the week and doing the odd bit of socialising some weekends but it ain't a party flat! I hope to find someone who wants the same, kind of home from home.
