Hi there! I'm Richard - I have a double room with a comfortable double bed available. It comes with it's own large adjoining living room with large comfy sofa, 55" flat screen TV, and second wardrobe.
Also available is a small double with a desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, which I would consider letting short-term.

There is a great set of housemates - everyone is friendly, tidy, and respectful of each others need to get a good night sleep.

The house is in a good location for getting in and out of the City Centre - it is just a few minutes walk from Parkway station, and there are plenty of buses that run day and night.
The house benefits from a nice garden with patio area, good sized kitchen, dishwasher, tumble dryer, and separate communal living room.

I am looking for professionals aged 22-35, who are tidy and will respect the other house mates and help make it a great place to live :o)
