Private off street parking. Very close to Airbus and only a few minutes walk to Southmead Hospital. Really convenient location with bus routes within a mins walk to practically everywhere in Bristol. The room is very close to MOD, Airbus (10 mins walk), Rolls Royce (all within 5-10 mins in a car though many guests walk. Previous tenant a doctor at the hospital.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, fridge freezer and cupboard space etc. Fully fitted bathroom with shower and bath, mostly just for use by this room as the other bed room has its own shower room. Wifi/ Broadband.

Must be happy around dogs as there is a resident spaniel!
