Parking- on street parking and 2 parking spaces on driveway first come first serve.

RENT INCLUDES - all bills, including a cleaner for the common areas (fortnightly). The cleaner is also available to clean tenant rooms for a charge.

Each bedroom - is fully furnished with a bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe and a combination of drawers, shelves and bedside tables depending on the room. All have en-suite shower rooms.

All fire alarms have been hard wired in and all council standards have been met. This house has been completed to meet all housing regulations for your safety and to a high standard.

Total deposit is £300 which includes a non refundable holding deposit of £100 which will then go towards the main deposit when you move in and be paid back to you on check out. All bills, cleaner & wifi included in the monthly rent.

No special disabled access but 3 ground floor rooms. Kitchen is also on the ground floor.
