Lovely double bedroom in fantastic house!
I currently have a great double bedroom available in a house just off Battersea Rise and 5 minutes walk away from Clapham Junction train station. It is also 2 minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants on the Northcote Road.
The house has 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large, bright fully fitted kitchen and sitting room. There is also a private patio just off the kitchen, and a large roof terrace at the top of the house.
This bedroom is on the ground floor of the house and is available from 17th February.
The room is ideally for a single person who wants to live in a friendly, sociable house (4 of the rooms have single people in them). The current tenants are a mixture of English, Australian and New Zealanders, and everyone is very friendly, hardworking and professional. They socialise together at weekends, but during the week they work hard and so it is not a party house.
Rent is £867 a month for a couple, and £800 a month for a single person and that includes bills and a cleaner twice a month.
Fees apply as below:
£200 per person to cover referencing, credit checking, deposit securing and contracts.
£500 as a refundable deposit
£867 or £800 as a month's rent upfront
We offer a flexible contract and once you have moved in you can give 2 month's written notice at any time if you want to move out.
You would be renting directly from the landlord and anything that needs doing in the house gets sorted out straight away.
