The house is close to Southsea shopping area and seafront (less than 10 minutes walk). It’s only 15- 20 minutes walk to central Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays.

There are two communal bathrooms in the house.

House has 6 other rooms - currently all male.

This room has recently been repainted and has new fridge and new microwave/combination oven.

Communal broadband available in the house.

No deposit required but expect 1st and last months rent paid when starting the let.
