Good sized double room on the ground floor for a single person
In a friendly social household.
Accommodation will consist of a large bathroom and separate WC. A lounge & kitchenette in the 1st floor which you would share with one other female lodger.
We’re all working professionals.
We’re fairly quiet through the working week but it is a sociable & friendly household.
It is a non smoking house. But there is a courtyard/alley at the side of the house where you can sit/smoke.
We have a regular bus service from the top of the road and it's 5 mins to town.
The train station is 1 mile away.
& it’s a 20-30 min walk to beach or town.
We have a local co'op-Aldi and Tesco all within under 5 mins walk.
Easy access from the main road into Bournemouth.
It is on road parking only.
Please note I don’t have pets but I occasionally dog sit. Possibly 2-3 times a year so not often. So you would need to be ok with dogs.
