Large en suite bedroom in a 1930's semi detached house on the outskirts of Bristol, Long Ashton Peaceful and quiet.

Hospital Road is a private road off Wild Country Lane, best to approach from the end of Long Ashton high street, which is on the West side of Bristol. The area is very quiet, surounded by trees with plenty of parking.
Easy access to M5 North and South and 10mins drive to Bristol airport. Nailsea is 10 minutes away.

Long Ashton has a co-op shop, pubs and a post office.
We are a married couple, young at heart in our late 50's both still working, a musician and a domestic appliance engineer.
We have a female Calico cat who goes by the name of Sappho.

Bristol airport is not far away, the M5 is access either from Clevedon, junction 20 if going South or Portishead junction 19 going North.

The room is large with a confortable double bed, a desk and chair, a chest of draws and a large wardrobe. The ensuite has a shower, basin and toilet with three oak shelves.

The lounge is shared, south facing onto a patio area with bifold doors, a wood stove, a TV, a dining area. The kitchen is shared and has all the mod cons. There is also a downstairs toilet.
