The house has a large family bathroom and another separate WC. There is a lounge and large open plan kitchen diner which leads out to a lovely patio/garden. Cable TV and high-speed broadband are included.

On-street parking is available with a parking permit from Reading council. The house is located close to shops including a Tesco Metro and it is a short walk to central Reading, train station and the University campus

The other housemates treat the house very much as a home so it is very clean and welcoming, feel free to call/message me to arrange a viewing
