Remaining bills are roughly £160/month (inc. council tax, electricity, gas etc, wifi etc)

The bedroom comes with a spacious double bed, large wardrobe with plenty of place for clothes/storage and a small table. The room has been recently redecorated (new coat of paint and new carpet) and also has a nice view out into the back garden.

Aside from the bedrooms there is a large kitchen - fully equipped with breakfast bar etc. a large living room with TV, great for having people over or just chilling. Also private front garden. and a large hallway with storage and space for a bicycle if you have one.

You will be sharing with 2 Males (both professionals). Looking ideally for someone who will be working similar hours (9-5 Mon-Fri) and is social whilst also respectful of other flatmates.

The bedroom will be available from the beginning of November and move in date is flexible but ideally the 1st of Nov.

We have a cleaner who comes in every two weeks to do the communal areas like kitchen and bathroom. (included in bills).

I don't own the flat (just a tenant) however I can say that it's a really nice tenement style building in a very central but quiet area. You'll struggle to find better value for money in the West End!
