I am currently looking for a suitable mature professional person to share my 3 bed very spacious flat. They must be an animal lover(especially a cat) She is very clean and outside most of the time. I have a large single room to rent. The pics are a bit deceiving, they don't do the room justice. it has a large single bed, and lots of room. Very clean, and immaculate. It will be available from the mid July All stays considered.
For those who may be interested you must be, clean and tidy around the home (respectfully). I am in full time employment.
Where i live, is a sort after area.(Rhiwbina). A very pretty village near the M4, UHW, Tax office, 20 mins from Cardiff City Centre. Please no time wasters.
