Double Clifton room for professional

Available December 10th, we have a beautiful room overlooking Victoria Place in Clifton. You’ll be moving in with 3 young professionals: Allie (28, events management), Andy (34, emergency services) and Alice (27, emergency services) In the evenings and at weekends we like to hang out together in the living room, watch a bit of tv, and go for the occasional drink/social together. That said, we are also respectful of each others space and privacy. We’re biased (!), but all things considered, the flat has a great vibe and dynamic between us, we’re just looking for that special fourth person to fit into the mix.

So, what about you? Well, we’re looking for a full-time professional (no students or couples please!), who is clean, tidy and considerate of others space. We don’t ask for much, just the usual like cleaning up after yourself, we have a cleaning rota - we'd expect anyone who moves in to get involved in this, standard stuff you’d expect from a housemate really! If you’re looking for a party/student lifestyle house, this isn’t the flat for you. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful and homely flatshare with people who can be friends as well as flatmates, in a great location, you may have found a gem. We have a variety of shared interests: cooking, music, football, watching films, keeping fit. If any of the above floats your boat, we’d love to hear from you!

The room is £445 per month (including council tax) plus bills, which comes to roughly £500 a month. It comes with a double bed, has plenty of space for you to put your own stamp on it, and was re-carpeted about three months ago. We are the top two floors of the apartment building, and the communal upper floor is peaceful and quiet at night - hard to believe we are 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre! It also has magnificent views over Bristol and the Welsh hills, it's really something special. We have 1 bathroom (shower + toilet) a second small bathroom, a rooftop terrace, a third upstairs loo, and a nice large living room/dining room/kitchen.
