Looking for relaxed housemate to share spacious br

Looking for a relaxed friendly housemate, who is easy to live with. Ideally the person enjoys a reasonably active life and enjoys a social chat in the evenings. Would prefer someone who is looking for somewhere open ended, ie possibly for the medium term (6 months +).

I have plenty of experience in house shares and enjoy the experience. I have let out rooms in my house for a number of years and have become close friends with a number of former housemates.

- Close to both the bus and train stops into the city centre.

- Spacious four bed semi detached house with wooden floors

- You will have sole use of an adjacent second smaller room, perfect as a study, storeroom, walk in dressing room, etc.

- 2 bathrooms in the property

- Very spacious with large living room and separate large kitchen diner

- House gets lots of sun

- Private garden that gets the sun all day.

- Fully furnished, gas heating, virgin broadband/TV
