We are looking for a housemate who enjoys coming home to a quiet haven of tranquility. This is a clean house, and tidy too. We do not live in a museum, but we all like to keep it homely and tidy.

This is a friendly and spacious fully furnished house conveniently located halfway through Science Park and Cambridge City (great for us who work hard and like to enjoy the benefits of this young and historical city),.

The house enjoys a fantastic open plan kitchen/diner with plenty of storage, for all of us, a magnificent piece of technology called dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer (2 in 1)...., two fridges, gas hobs and electric oven.

Sofas and dining table make our evenings and weekends a fantastic opportunity to socialise and get to know the people we live with.

There is a cloakroom downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs. No queues in the morning or evening. Honestly.

There is a local butcher, international convenient shop, Co-op supermarket, chemist and doctors surgery, coffee shops and more... within walking distance

The area is well served by public transport and is within easy reach of the Science and Business Parks, A14 and Vision Park in Histon. The city centre is 11 minutes away by bike.

There are 3 parking spaces. Only one being used at the minute, so you can use the other two!

At the back of the house, there’s a garden where we sometimes like to read (weather permitting) and access to a garage where to keep your bike and big luggage.

The prices of the rooms include ALL bills: water, electricity, gas, council tax, superfast internet in the whole house. The weekly cleaner who looks after the communal areas, helps keeping the place clean and tidy.
