"We get along well and spend time at home chilling watching films and TV. We have very different jobs, Chris (who builds racing cars - a bit different) and Usman (who has been a long standing resident so must like it - facilities management). We do not live in each others pockets but we welcome sociable so a great balance.. its nice when we do spend time together. We have a clean and tidy house and the rent includes a cleaner. Its a great street and everyone is really friendly. In the summer there are frequent BBQ's and there is a lovely community feel. At the end of our road there is a parade of shops with THE best Coffee shop 'Lidget larder' and two well stocked shops, and a couple of hairdressers. We have two bus stops and they are super regular that pass chapel Allerton one way or Oakwood the other, then go on to the City Centre. We are bang in the middle of the loop so if you miss a bus on one side of the road you can get one on the other BONUS!

Walking distance to the beautiful Roundhay Park and 10 mins from the popular haunts of street Lane. What's not to like!?
