We have a large double room available with a triple wardrobe and it's own TV. The room is in a very spacious and relaxed property

The room is available Monday to Friday and would suit a contractor or someone working away from home.

We are looking for a quiet and considerate housemate who wants more of an independent feel with a friendly relaxed atmosphere rather than a full on party house. We enjoy a happy quiet home and would like it to feel like home for you too. If you prefer your own private space then that's fine too.

The property has a modern kitchen with two shower rooms and three toilets. 

This would ideally suit a professional who would like a quiet and considerate household where you can have the space to be on your own or share the large communal areas.

The rooms are inclusive of all bills including broadband and you are free to use all the kitchen facilities including the washing machine and dishwasher. Own parking space in courtyard is also available.

We'll also need one months rent as a security deposit.
