THE PROPERTY 🏡
There is a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine and dryer, two fridge freezers, two sink and cooking stations, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a small breakfast bar with seating and an open plan dining/living room with a dining table, sofa and TV. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. Street parking outside of the property.

THE ROOM 🛌
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and chair. You will also have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

The property is in the heart of Grimsbury on the popular Middleton Road, Banbury with a Co-Op and Morrisons nearby. Castle Quay Shopping Centre is a short drive away and central Banbury and the high street are also close by. Banbury train station with trains into Oxford is an 8-minute walk away and the M40 can be accessed easily by car. There is a small Londis store at the bottom of the street.
