The room is a large double with en suite shower and toilet and is offered fully furnished. The property has been re fitted and decorated and has new carpet.
The room is offered fully furnished. With a fridge and combination oven as a self contained unit although use of the house kitchen can be ok too. Use of the communial washing machine and tumble dryer, free sat box and Virgin fibre optic WiFi lincluded.
The property is located in the old village of Redbridge.
Transport links are great and is only a couple of minutes to the M27. Redbridge train station is less than ten minutes walk and is normally around £2.80 return to the city centre. The busses are frequent in multiple directions and once again are just a short walk away.
Parking is Street parking as there is plenty of space adjacent to the house.
The room is offered based on single occupancy and no pets but I will consider
otherwise but that would mean a higher monthly rent and deposit.

At the moment I have one Tennant who is male and 47. My son also lives at the property he is 18 and generally plugged into the Internet and quiet. I am 43 and spend most of my time in my log cabin at the bottom of my garden.
