Current housemates are all professionals (age 23, 25, 30) working in music, bar and customer service/sales industries. Some of our interests include art, film, music, video games, freelancing, online business, marketing.

We are very friendly and in free time enjoy socialising, nights in/out, watching films, going to art galleries/pubs/club nights, playing video games, or just lounging about.

We like to keep the house clean but we aren't OCD :-)

We have a super nice landlord who never comes round and often does upgrades to the house if needed!

4 bedrooms total, 1 bathroom, kitchen, shared living room. Very warm during the winter as bills are included, you can always wear a t-shirt without worrying about cold :-)

We have spare mattress in the living room if you have someone stopping over.

2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (including your room), bathroom

- Cheapest and most frequent public transport in Manchester, £1.50 single ticket to town centre/ £8 weekly buss pass (buy from driver)
- 1min walk to beautiful Platt Fields park
