Double Room Available in Spacious 3 Bed Flat NW5

We have a double room available in our lovely and spacious 3 bedroom flat in Kentish Town.

Unfortunately, our lovely flatmate, Izzy, is moving out to live with her partner so we need to find someone new to replace her.

THE HOUSEMATES
Sophie, 31, works as an occupational therapist and Dannii, 29, works in a laboratory as a scientist. We are both friendly and enjoy socialising, travel, cooking, arts and going to see live music in London. Both of us have independent lives but we have the occasional night in together having dinner, wine and watching movies. We have also traveled together (when this was still a thing!). We are looking for someone who will make the flat their home and not just a place to sleep!

THE HOUSE
Our lovely Georgian terrace house is located on a residential street off Highgate Road. It's fully furnished with a bright and airy living and dining room with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), and dining table to seat six. The separate kitchen has a dishwasher, marble bench tops and gas hob. The bathroom is renovated with great shower over bath and there is a separate toilet. We have a great little roof terrace that catches the sun during the day. Three double bedrooms are on the upper floor.

THE ROOM
The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed that has plenty of storage underneath. There is a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelves.

THE AREA
Kentish Town is one of the best connected areas in London and is such an amazing place to live.

10 minute walk to Kentish Town underground (Northern Line)
3 minute walk to Gospel Oak overground
C11 bus on the doorstep (Brent Cross - Swiss Cottage - Archway)
3 minute walk to 88 and 214 buses (Parliament Hill/Clapham and Moorgate/Highgate)

2 minute walk to the beautiful Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill Lido
Lots of great local restaurants, pubs and amenities within a few minutes walk
20 minute walk to the heart of Camden

THE RENT
The room is available for £775 per calendar month, there is an additional cost for bills which includes a cleaner that comes by once a week to clean the communal areas
