THE PROPERTY 🏡
You will have use of a large kitchen with plenty of cupboards space, a cooker, sink, microwave and washing machine. There is also a large breakfast bar with seating and a living room with a sofa and TV. All of the crockery and cooking equipment is provided and the communal areas are also cleaned weekly by Ox Living. There are a couple of shared bathrooms in the property - one on each floor. You will also have access to the rear garden where you will find a lockable shed. Street parking available at the back of the property on a first-come-first-served basis.

THE ROOM 🛌
This room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a desk and chair. This room shares an off-suite bathroom with the room next door. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimizing the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

The sought after Cowley Road is also close by where you will find multiple high street shops and supermarkets.
