Large double room in a friendly house!

Hi everyone!

I currently have a room available in a modern, spacious, cosy house. It is a fully furnished large double, on the 2nd floor. In addition there is a main bathroom, a big shared living room that has Sky TV and a lovely kitchen with plenty of space for those who like to cook. The house is made up of young professionals so and is a very relaxed environment.

The place is always kept tidy and homely for everyone so that it's always a comfortable place to live. It is a short walk from Headingley and is close to plenty of transport links into Leeds center, including trains and busses, there is also on street parking available.

I am currently redecorating areas of the house so the room won't be available until May but happy to show people round in the meantime.
