I live quietly in a 3 bedroom flat with 2 balconies.

The single room available is redecorated to a good standard with a new bed.. It will be £90 per week to include all bills. Fresh bedding and towels supplied every week. You are welcome to smoke on the enclosed balcony.

The flat is ideally situated to access the M6, M69 and M1. The University Hospital is an 8 minute drive and there are 4 bus services within a 2 minute walk. The local College is a 10 min walk and the gym and Leisure Centre is next door.

I am looking for a mature, quiet, professional person with good personal hygiene who will keep the room clean and tidy and leave the communal areas as clean and tidy as they find them.

Please note that this is my home as opposed to a 'flat share' so you would be invited to stay as a lodger. Animals, couples and visitors are not allowed and the weekly rent only covers everything already mentioned.

It is a great opportunity for you to relax, catch up on work related stuff or keep in touch with friends and family. Easy access to the bathroom. You are welcome to have full use of the kitchen too. A warm, friendly, quiet, safe and secure environment when you have to stay away from your own home in the week.
