Bright modern double bedroom to rent in Hove

Im renting a double bedroom in my flat. Im looking for a female lodger. I'm looking for someone to rent the room for a minimum of 6 months - maximum one year.
I'm looking for someone who is tidy, independent and respectful of others. I work from home Monday and Fridays.

It's on the bus routes to the university, 3 minute walk to Portslade Train Station, 10 minute walk to the beach. Direct buses to Brighton and many shops, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

I'm very tidy, quiet and busy.
In regards to the living room, the kitchen and living room is open plan but you'll have use of the kitchen and kitchen table but the living room section (sofa and Tv) is for my use only, I have equipped your bedroom with everything such as double bed, beside table, bedding, cupboard, chest of draws, Desk with a lifting mirror and storage, towels and a TV with Freeview.

Bathroom is big, it has a TV built in, large rainfall shower head and a smaller shower head.

It's £625 per month that includes everything, all bills, WIFI and a cleaner comes twice a month. If you like the sound of the room please let me know.
