Looking for a friendly & fun flatmate

Shared Kitchen

Hi,

I'm a 30 year old who works in psychology and am looking for a flatmate who is friendly, fun and enjoys private time as much as doing things together. I enjoy going to the gym, which is less than 5 minutes walk away. I also power-lift and enjoy a night out at the pub or in town.

I have a single room in a 2 bedroom flat available. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen with all amenities. Bills, including broadband, are included. The flat has Juliette balconies in the kitchen and living room and a large shared garden. There is a shared car park but if you don't have a car the local train station is less than a 10 mins walk with trains into Birmingham running frequently and taking less than 30 mins. There are lots of buses nearby as well if that is what you prefer/require.

I'm looking for a person who is looking for somewhere to live, but also a friend. This person would need references, pay 1 months deposit and preferably be a professional.
