We have a bright small double room with en suite available in friendly house in St George with good links to Bristol and Bath.

Room 2 is a small sized double on the ground floor. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror. Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and tv licence for living area.
We also have a cleaner that comes in fortnightly to keep the communal areas looking smart. (This is all included in your rent!)

Tenants are all working professionals. At present we have 5 female tenants.

Layout of the house:-
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with en suite and 1 double bedroom, with the shared communal living/kitchen area to the back of the house.
On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with en suite and 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom.

There are many shops, restaurants and bars nearby on Church Road. The house looks out over Troopers Hill nature reserve for those looking to take a break from busy city life.
