The house is in a quiet road with safe street parking next to house, Walking distance to science park and a bus service into town close by or a 10 minute bike ride into city centre also close to new railway station and A14 ,A10 and M11. No time wasters please. (Please read add/ preferences) professionals only , this room is Monday -friday not weekends.
