Hi we have a good sized double room in an excellent friendly professional house for people in their 20s. It is one minute from Hunters Bar roundabout – Guest Road is a quiet area but also great for Eccelsall Rd (restaurants, shops and transport) and Endcliffe park. The house is double glazed, internet access, modern kitchen, bathroom and second toilet. There is a pleasant living room and outside is a BBQ and bike shed. The room is £90 pw including all bills.
