The bed

Here is a bright and large house with the highest standard of living space. The house is operates with Smart App. It is modern, clean with System Air. We enjoy a friendly atmosphere with a cleaning lady who visits us once a week. There are many buses that serve our area to commute to city and other towns and villages surrounding Oxford.

We have four bedrooms and five bathroom. It is important to mention that the price of the double room in the advert is for a single person. If couples are considering it, they will have to understand the price increases to a reasonable level by mutual agreement. It is worth bearing in mind that anyone staying less than six month, they would have to pay a premium for the room. That is increased rent.

Please bear in mind that any personal needs such as toiletries and detergent (soap/shampoo, toilet paper, etc.. ) for your personal use are your own responsibility.

The room has a king size bed and high quality mattress. There is a large sitting /dinning room available to all house mates. There is small kitchen (equipped for two sharing house guests). There is high speed wireless internet and so on.... We use water Softner, but no charges incur to the house guests.

If you are polite, friendly, clean, responsible and happy to share a house with two other persons, then you fit in well.

My house is located in South West of Oxford City and the nicest and most convenient (to reach the city, university departments and hospitals, convenient shops available in our area) and other areas of Oxford with lots and frequent public facilities, such as post office, buses, shops, supermarkets near by. There are very pleasant walking paths.

I go into an agreement after I see a scan of proof of your home address and your passport if possible to see or speak with you to evaluate your suitability and permission to stay in UK. So, on arrival your original passport and the scanned passport must be identical.

Deposit must be paid upon booking. This payment will be paid back to you in the last week of your agreed term. However, if during your stay any damage is caused by you or leave the house and your room before the agreed term ends, the deposit will be deducted by the amount of loss incurred. If you either promise or have formal contract with the landlord, The House Guests/Lodger/tenant must understand that staying on to the end of term of contract is crucial unless a mutual agreement is made.

I aim to build my relations with my house-guests on friendly and understanding basis. I hope to facilitate the comfort and peace and enjoyment of the atmosphere for my house-mates. I am always open for a reasonable negotiation and fairness on things that matter to you, provided I can offer your requests. References and identity test is advantageous.

I am known to be kind, helpful and friendly and happy and used to sharing my home with people who appreciate such a lovely space and are willing to care for it too.

I enter go into a contract (spareroom standard contract) with every paying guest and hope everyone will keep their side of the bargain.
