This is a 4 bedroom house located close to Glasgow Green, just across the street from the People's Palace and Winter Gardens. Glasgow City Centre is 10 min walk, Central Station 20 min. Morrison Supermarket is only 3 min down the road, the Barras just around the corner. Bus stops are very close. I am renting only 2 double bedrooms, one has already been taken by a professional female, the other is still available. I will be often in Edinburgh and abroad, therefore the house will be shared by only two lodgers most of the time. This is an excellent accommodation for students. In spite of being very central, the location is quiet and tidy with good neighborhood. There is a luxury bathroom/shower room on the first floor and a toilet and an additional shower room on the ground floor. The house is fully furnished in excellent interior decorative order. There are gated gardens at the back and front with free parking. No smoking nor partying in the house. Professionals or students, no DSS nor housing benefits. All bills included, Virgin broadband. No television (but can be provided if requested).
