Hey,

I'm renting out the spare room in my house that's recently been refurbished. Some bits are still work in progress.

It’s currently advertised for 7 days, but I’m happy to reduce for a Mon-Fri let to £380.

The house is a victorian terrace, sandwiched between 2 super lush neighbours. Theres a cosy living room, kitchen with dining space, decked garden with a bbq and 2 double bedrooms. I have an ensuite, so the main bathroom is practically yours. As it’s a work in progress, if there is anything missing like storage or furniture I'm happy to buy the extra bits.

The house is about 30 minute walk to the bear pit. There are loads of buses that take about 10-15 minutes to get into the centre. There’s also lawrence hill train station about 10 minutes walk away.

There’s an Aldi, Lidl and tesco on the main road. Also, some cosy local pubs and cafes. The area has developed loads since I’ve moved here - long may it continue!

I'm looking for a fun, friendly, respectful roomie who would like to hang out but also likes their own time. Im often away 2/3 days a week for work and like to come home to a tidy place (im not a neat freak though).

A bit about me... I'm 32 years old (been told I don't act it - I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing), I work in Marketing and am a pretty active individual but do enjoy nights on the couch with a glass of wine. I love sports, shopping (mainly ASOS), cocktails, pubs and music (everything but rock and heavy metal). I’m a massive foodie and love trying new places. I do also really like cooking and sharing food. A few of my friends live in the area so we’ll sometimes have dinner date nights and my boyfriend will be over 1/2 nights a week.

Hoping to meet a hang out buddy to make this a proper home, rather than just someone who rents the room.
