Double room available for rent in 3 Bedroomed Semi Detached House, in the Maryhill area of Glasgow, close to the West End. Byres Road by bus is a 10 minute journey. To walk it would take around 20/30 minutes. I am close to the train station also, 12 minutes to Glasgow Queen Street. Whoever gets the room can come and go as they please, I am cool with that. I have the required broadband, off road parking, washing machine, Sky TV. I have two small dogs, they bark but friendly and clingy. I work usually 9 am until 5 pm. Anything else you want to ask just pop me an e-mail. Room possibly suit a female student but if any males are interested I can certainly let you see around the house too.
