Double room - five minute walk from MediaCityUK

I have one double room available for a negotiable fee of 500 pounds PCM with includes fixed bills (does not include water or electricity). The room is part of a newly renovated apartment in the Grain Wharf estate in Salford Quays and is five minutes away from MediaCityUK and three different tram stops are also five minutes away (the tram itself takes 15 minutes to Manchester City Centre).

The apartment is in the heart of one of country's fastest-developing areas and has recently been updated and renovated.

Ideally, I am looking for a responsible professional who works locally; someone who is clean and tidy, not out every night until the early hours, who is calm, relaxed and considerate.

I work a variety of hours as a teacher so I am not in all the time, however when I am, I am usually planning for my work or relaxing in the apartment - someone similar would be ideal!

The room is available from the beginning of December as finishing touches are made to its complete renovation. The rent is 500pcm but I am willing to negotiate. All potential tenants will be interviewed initially and invited to see the property after.
