We are three friends living in a four-bedroomed terrace five minutes from Brixton station looking to replace our fourth friend who has just moved out.

We are all working (teaching, consultancy, operations) so quiet during the week but sociable at the weekend (though still considerate!). We're looking for someone similar.

The spare room is on the ground floor. It's a spacious, furnished double room with a door to the garden (pictures of said room will be uploaded imminently!).

The house is spacious, with a living room, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, and a garden. It's clean and tidy - a cleaner comes twice a month.

The Landlord owns multiple properties that are managed by an agency - we will be starting a new 6 month contract with the new tenant so the usual processes and fees will apply.
