We are looking for someone to move into a lovely double room in our house share. It's on the second floor of a large Georgian three story house, and looks out on our leafy back garden.

The bedroom is part-furnished (double bed, good quality mattress, built in cupboard with clothes rail, tall cupboard if needed/wanted), has period fireplace, wooden floorboards and sash window.

The house is situation on the summit of sought after Crouch Hill, moments from popular Crouch End Broadway, with its multitude of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and bakeries. Crouch End is also home to two cinemas, leisure centre (with lido), comedy club, arts centre and Alexandra Palace is an easy walk. We are well connected with good bus and train links, Crouch Hill station is a 7-minute walk (Gospel Oak 5 mins), the W7 bus stops at the end of the road (Finsbury Park 8 mins), Archway station (northern line) 20-minute walk, and Harringay station 15-minute walk (trains direct to Old Street).

Current housemates work in film, publishing, education and law.
It's a sociable house rather than a party house, where we enjoy cooking and watching tv together when schedules allow. The garden is also great for the odd BBQ when the weather is good.
