Large Double Room

We have a double room available in our 3 bedroom flat. It is a large room and fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and built in wardrobe. Neat, tidy flat with a large bathroom and living room and modern kitchen. The flat is one of 8 in the block with secure front door access.

You will be living with two Australian girls, both professionals who like to socialise both in and out of the flat and are often busy some nights during the week but enjoy an occasional wine together on the couch.

Many transport options including 7-8 minute walk to Wandsworth Town overground and 15 minute walk to East Putney tube station and many buses right outside the door.

The ares is lovely with several parks nearby including Wandsworth Park. It is close to the Thames, making it great for running or cycling paths. There are several gyms within 5-6 minute walk including Easy gym and Pure gym. 5 minute walk to Southside Shopping centre and the large Sainsbury's, many local pubs in the area including The Queen Adelaide and The Alma.

Bills are not included however we pay £100 each / month for all bills (Sky tv, Wifi, electricity, gas and water, council tax and some everyday household items)

Rent is paid one month in advance and a bond and reference is required. The room is available from 7th November
