Double Ensuite Room Nq

I’m moving back to Scotland ASAP and need someone to take over my room for the last 2 months of the contract. So 7/11-7/1. You will have the option to renew the lease if you like the apartment. You’ll be living with my current flat mate who’s a great guy, he’s 23 and a student and a bar manager. This is a tidy well looked after flat so someone similar would be ideal! The rent is £412.50 per month which has to be paid on the 7th of each month. I’ve paid the deposit on the apartment already so I’d need the full deposit paid to me which was around £500 and you’ll get this back on January. Bills are pretty cheap as everything is electric and we’re on cheap broadband with sky. You’ll have your own en suite but there is also a main bathroom with a huge bath, the living/dining room/kitchen is a decent size and we have a balcony too! 5 mins from victoria and 5 mins from town the location is ideal and the rooms a total bargain!
