Double room in West Ealing in lovely house!

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to replace me from the 15th of November (the room is going to be free few days before so dates are flexible if you need to move in few days earlier or later than the 15th) in a furnished double room available in West Ealing, 5 minutes walk away from the West Ealing train station, with good connections to Heathrow and Paddington and 15 minutes walk/2 minutes by train away from the Ealing Broadway tube station.

You'll be sharing the house with 3 sociable and friendly young professionals who work in engineering, finance and music industry and who are partial to a night out at the local pub or a BBQ in the garden every so often.

My housemates are relaxed, easy going, respect each other's privacy but also enjoy spending time together in the evenings or at weekends and they look for someone like minded to share the house with.

The house has a large living room, a huge kitchen and a good size garden which is quite handy in the summer - we enjoy having a BBQ or just chilling in our garden!

You will be sharing the bathroom just with two other people as one of the rooms is an en suite. My housemates are very sensible and have different schedules so no worries about queuing in the morning!

The vacant room is a decent size double room, furnished and very bright (the window faces the garden so it is also very quite). Mattress has been replaced recently so it is new and very comfy.

The bills - council tax, water, electricity, gas and internet are not included and amount to around £100 per month.

Council permits for street parking are available for around £70 per year.

Our agency is Dexter: you will need to provide references in order to sign the contract - and yes, there is a fee to pay for that.

The contract is secured until June 2019, meaning that the rent is not going to be increased for a while as well as we are ideally looking for a long term new flatmate.
