Wonderful new-build flat, steps from DLR

Hi everyone,

We're looking for a great female flatmate in her 30s to join us in a lovely new-build flat on the doorstep of Greenwich, with a lovely balcony and beautiful roof garden! We just put down a deposit on the flat and will be moving in this December, and hope to find someone fantastic to make it a wonderful home with!

We're looking for a flatmate who is clean, friendly, professional, and nice to be around. Love of some silly TV and brunch, and willingness to share tales of the pains of online dating in London a plus! We're gay and veg friendly.

We are two women in our 30s who work in international development. We work really long hours, so the flat is our refuge and a quiet, tidy place to relax. We're super friendly in the flat, but generally do our socialising outside of the flat.

The flat is located in the modern Distillery Crescent development. The development has a concierge, which is great for packages and deliveries, and bike storage. It's a two-minute walk to Deptford Bridge and near all of the shops, cafes, parks, and events that Greenwich has to offer. It's very modern and clean, and we look forward to all making in a wonderful home.

The flat is fully furnished. The room is a small double & has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a double bed. Bathroom is shared with one other person.

The rent for the room is 625/month. Bills and Council Tax aren't included. We estimate that they will come to around 100-125 per person each month. We will have broadband and a regular cleaner. Smoking and pets aren't possible in the building.

We'll be moving in during the second week of December. We're looking for someone to move in around the same time, but can be flexible for the right flatmate.

We're aiming to make a decision asap to allow time for the referencing process.

The tenancy agreement will be for 18 months with a break clause after 6 months. We are looking for someone who is looking for a longer-term let and place to make a home in London.

Our landlord requires reference and employment checks, and admin fees of 180. The deposit is 900.
